Roasting Chicken and Vegetables is EASY! Ingredients: 1 whole roasting chicken, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and 4-6 carrots. You will need a roasting pan, a meat thermometer, a large cookie sheet, oven mits, and a set of tongs to remove the chicken. Each oven bakes differently. You may find that yours cooks more quickly. Make sure to push your meat thermometer into the chicken deep enough but not touching the bone. You may also find that your vegetables are done in 20-30 minutes.
